For almost as long as I can remember I have found myself attracted to the styling of the 40′s, 50′s, and 60′s. The dresses, the hair, the make-up, the attitude…Oh my, I just love it! My own personal retro-revival really took off about a few years ago and since then I have just been shopping (much to my bank account’s and husband’s dismay) and collecting everything that fits my style.
Being a curvy lady, it can sometimes be tricky finding what I like in my size; especially true vintage fashions. I’ve decided that starting a blog to chronicle my search for vintage and retro fashions for a real woman might help others in similar situations. And, if nothing else, it should be a fun little ride for all of us.
